Steps to a leaner stomach

Step 1: Only drink water when you are thirsty-Don't believe in have 6-8 glasses it will bloat you up

Step 2: Stick with running and walking(20min 4 times a week) when doing exercise-running burns fat all
            around the body and it especially burns your middle area

Step 3: Stay low on carbs and sugars-no bread, sweets, cake and junk food

Step 4: Drink green tea or black tea only if you cant shit-you should be shitting everyday

Step 5: Have a full orange after dinner
