Basketball ripped body workouts

Basketball gets you ripped!-this should be done three times a week 2hours per day

Day 1

Warm up

run around the courts twice
from the basketball hoop, run half court and return to hoop than run all the way to the next hoop-done twice

shoulders and arm workout

throw baskets into the hoop for two hours
best done with a group of basketball players

Day 2

Warm up

run around the courts twice
from the basketball hoop, run half court and return to hoop than run all the way to the next hoop-done twice

full body workout

play half court challenges for two hours
best done with a group of basketball players

Day 3

Warm up

run around the courts twice
from the basketball hoop, run half court and return to hoop than run all the way to the next hoop-done twice

shoulders and arm workout

throw baskets into the hoop for two hours
best done with a group of basketball players

Effects of this program 

it easily raises your heart rate which burns more calaries than hitting the gym
the only way you can get ripped is to go hard on the body
you can not get ripped by doing soft exercises like biking
as you will be always running and jumping you are burning the middle and bottom areas of your body
it is very fun and challenging and not boring
you will better your skills at basket ball

Last but not least make sure you have a bottle of water
You dont want to be dehydrated
