1. Very expensive(protein shakes that contain no fat) and very cheap(Protein shakes that don't work)
2. Need to keep on taking it to keep lean muscles tissue

My experiences:
1. It helps with recovery and that's why I like it, try lifting very heavy like you can only do 6 reps and see
the period that it takes your muscles to recover-muscles feeling no pain
2. Results is what we all want, have you ever exercised so much that you only end up with that
same old body that you have. Try protein shake and see the leanness that it will give on you body
3. Gives me 100% performance every time I hit the gym, very energetic and willing to exercise and weight lift to the fullest

7. My tips to not get Daria from protein shake is to always eat a meal when taking it-the bottles say it is
a meal replacement and oh yea, you also get Daria-give it a shot and you will see what i mean
8. Never and i say it again,Never take protein shake without exercise even if your recovering on that day,it shall and I repeat, it shall give you a bloated stomach-extra skin forming
