from the basketball hoop, run half court and return to hoop than run all the way to the next hoop-done twice

throw baskets into the hoop for two hours

Effects of this program
it easily raises your heart rate which burns more calaries than hitting the gym
the only way you can get ripped is to go hard on the body
you can not get ripped by doing soft exercises like biking
as you will be always running and jumping you are burning the middle and bottom areas of your body
it is very fun and challenging and not boring
you will better your skills at basket ball
Last but not least make sure you have a bottle of water
You dont want to be dehydrated

Steps to a leaner stomach
Step 1: Only drink water when you are thirsty-Don't believe in have 6-8 glasses it will bloat you up
Step 2: Stick with running and walking(20min 4 times a week) when doing exercise-running burns fat all
around the body and it especially burns your middle area
Step 3: Stay low on carbs and sugars-no bread, sweets, cake and junk food
Step 4: Drink green tea or black tea only if you cant shit-you should be shitting everyday
Step 5: Have a full orange after dinner

Protein Shakes
1. Helps with Recovery
2. Gives you results faster than doing it the natural way
3. Performance in exercise and weight lifting is great4. Creates lean muscles
Disadvantages:
1. Very expensive(protein shakes that contain no fat) and very cheap(Protein shakes that don't work)
2. Need to keep on taking it to keep lean muscles tissue
3. Gives you Daria sometimes4. Bloats stomach if not used properly
My experiences:
1. It helps with recovery and that's why I like it, try lifting very heavy like you can only do 6 reps and see
the period that it takes your muscles to recover-muscles feeling no pain
2. Results is what we all want, have you ever exercised so much that you only end up with that
same old body that you have. Try protein shake and see the leanness that it will give on you body
3. Gives me 100% performance every time I hit the gym, very energetic and willing to exercise and weight lift to the fullest
4. Lean muscles gives you a good posture and you know girls want a guy with good posture5. OK protein comes with a price if you want brilliant muscles and remember protein cannot give you a good
body without physicality
6. OK for me having a lean body is important, I conducted an experiment to stop protein shakes for a month and guess what my body became weaker than before, I'm not growing any new muscle tissue and of
course I gained all that weight back on- its very sad and i know, life is not right
7. My tips to not get Daria from protein shake is to always eat a meal when taking it-the bottles say it is
a meal replacement and oh yea, you also get Daria-give it a shot and you will see what i mean
8. Never and i say it again,Never take protein shake without exercise even if your recovering on that day,it shall and I repeat, it shall give you a bloated stomach-extra skin forming

Your muscles shrink because you will be urinating all that water muscles out.
While taking creatine it also enlarges your body organs such as your heart.
Your organs shall not shrink which can cause some type of diseases.
Creatine makes you angry so be prepared for fights.
I recommend that you don't take this stuff, its very damaging to the natural human body.
